WE ARE ALWAYS REALISTIC, WE DO NOT WASTE TIME


We do not hold with the practice of over-valuing a property just to sign up a customer and, once they have contracted us, then try to get them to lower the price to a realistic level.  This really is bad practice which just causes delays in selling, ill feeling and frustration for customers.  We will not take part in this, we consider it is akin to playing with people’s lives and their assets.
